Job description

Atlassian Jira Cloud Administration
Plano, TX
What They Will Do
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and scope project requirements
Act as a problem solver by identifying and implementing solutions to improve workflows and overall team productivity
Build a playbook to demonstrate the core capabilities of Jira Confluence Slack to business users
Partner with development and other IT groups to integrate Atlassian tools with Slack and other systems
Partner with PMO and Service Desk teams to ensure that our Atlassian applications are configured to enhance and align with our business processes
Administer support and customize Collaboration Technologies including the Atlassian tools Jira JSM Confluence Slack and more in alignment with organizational requirements and based on best practices
Maintain environments to best practice standards around security groups permissions schema configurations and backups
Manage user permissions and access in accordance with security policies
Ensure that the technologies solutions and processes are compliant with the enterprise architecture standards and guideline
Build and maintain documentation guidelines and standard methodologies for the Atlassian tools and related processes Document configuration changes procedures and processes
Demonstrate proficiency in writing custom JQL Jira Query Language to facilitate advanced search capabilities
Integrate Jira projects with Confluence pages to streamline collaboration and documentation processes
Who They Are
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science or related field
12 years of relevant work experience in technology or a technology related field
Atlassian Jira Cloud Administration License
Certifications
Proficiency in the configuration of Atlassian products plugin installations and automation
Experience with Agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and executive stakeholders
Time management skills to balance ongoing administrative tasks with projectbased work
Ability to work effectively within a team and with minimal supervision
Enjoys working Work in a dynamic collaborative environment
Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Adapt to a dynamic agile environment and manage tasks effectively with strong time management skills
