Executive Assistant, C-Suite Leadership Team

Position Summary: The Executive Assistant, C-Suite Leadership Team provides high-level administrative and operational support to multiple members of Conair's Executive Team, including the CEO, CHRO and CFO. This role is critical to enabling focus, prioritization, and execution across the enterprise by ensuring executive leaders are supported with precision, discretion, and proactive coordination. The role requires exceptional organizational capability, strong judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple executives. The ideal candidate is agile, service-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to multiple Executive Team members, managing calendars, meetings, and priorities with accuracy and discretion
  • Coordinate complex scheduling across executives, internal partners, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials with high attention to detail
  • Manage expense reporting and administrative processes in alignment with company policies

Operational Coordination & Planning

  • Support planning and execution of executive meetings, leadership forums, and functional operating rhythms
  • Coordinate logistics for travel, off-sites, and key business meetings, including materials and agendas
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across supported executives to ensure timely execution
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a professional point of contact for senior leaders, employees, and external partners
  • Exercise sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Screen and prioritize emails, meeting requests, and inquiries; escalate issues as appropriate

Team & Enterprise Support

  • Partner with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless coverage and consistent ways of working across the Executive Leadership Team
  • Support shared executive processes, including onboarding of new executives and enterprise communications logistics
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of executive support practices and tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • 5โ€“8+ years of experience supporting senior leaders; experience supporting multiple executives strongly preferred
  • Experience in a complex, fast-paced, or matrixed organization preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
