Job description

I'm looking for a sharp, resourceful Executive Assistant who can help me stay organized, move faster, and keep important things from falling through the cracks across multiple businesses.
This is not a "wait for instructions" role. I need someone who can think ahead, solve problems, communicate clearly, follow up relentlessly, and use modern tools - AI, automation, and systems - as a bicycle for the mind to enhance judgment, speed, and execution.
You'll help with inbox, calendar, follow-ups, meeting prep, research, vendor/candidate screening, delegation, and project coordination.
The right person is organized, trustworthy, tech-forward, proactive, and great at turning chaos into clear next steps.
How to Apply
We're not reviewing traditional resumes first.
Record a 2-3 minute video answering:

  1. Why does this role interest you?
  2. Tell me about a time you figured something out with little direction.
  3. How do you use AI or automation to work smarter?
  4. How do you make sure follow-ups and deadlines don't fall through the cracks?
