Revenue Operations Manager (Phoenix or Remote)
What You'll Do
  • Lead and optimize REDW's revenue operations strategy
  • Champion our HubSpot platform to maximize tools, adoption and integration.
  • Build dashboards and reporting models that provide leadership with actionable insights.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead management, pipeline processes, automations, and operational workflows.
  • Drive data quality, governance, and visibility across the client lifecycle.
  • Work with external vendors for project support as needed to integrate our systems and communications.
  • Deliver front line CRM support while championing user adoption and process consistency.
  • Partner with executive leaders to identify opportunities that improve growth, efficiency, client acquisition, and ongoing success.
  • Help scale the systems and processes that support REDW's next phase of growth.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or+ CRM Administration.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Preferred: HubSpot Administration Certification.

  • Strong understanding of sales operations, pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience with integrations, workflow automations, data management, and AI.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing sales/marketing systems and processes.
