Job Title: Executive Assistant

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Join our team as an Executive Assistant, where you can showcase your administrative skills and creativity! The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and strong attention to detail. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth executive operations while effectively managing our MD office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring it represents our company's image.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Organize and maintain executive filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality and security of records
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless office experience.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
