Role Overview

Bolder Industries is seeking a dynamic Senior Executive Administrator to support

the CEO and executive leadership team. This is not a traditional administrative

role-this individual will serve as a central force in assisting the team in driving

execution, ensuring alignment, and maintaining operational rigor across the business.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, high-

growth environments. They bring structure, discipline, and follow-through to executive

priorities while operating with urgency and precision.


Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end preparation for executive and leadership meetings (internal and

external), including agenda development, pre-read coordination, and

documentation of outcomes

Establish and manage a RAIL (Risks, Actions, Issues, Lessons) tracking system;

drive accountability and ensure timely closure of action items across leadership

and functional teams

Assemble CEO-level executive reports by consolidating KPI inputs from

Operations, Engineering, Technology, Finance, and HR into clear, decision-ready

materials

Support preparation and coordination of board materials and investor reporting,

including compiling inputs, formatting presentations, and ensuring alignment with

executive messaging

Act as a key communication conduit for the CEO and executive team; support

development and execution of a consistent internal communication cadence

across the organization

Manage complex and dynamic calendars for the CEO and COO, ensuring

alignment with strategic priorities and optimizing time allocation

Develop and maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting systems using

Excel, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms such as Monday.com

or Asana

Support preparation of high-quality executive presentations, reports, and

communications; familiarity with desktop publishing tools is preferred

Apply strong project management discipline across executive priorities, including

timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and proactive follow-ups to

ensure on-time delivery

Operate with high energy, responsiveness, and flexibility, including willingness to

travel to support executive and business needs


Qualifications

5+ years of experience in executive administration or senior administrative

support roles, preferably in high-growth, industrial, or technology-enabled

environments

Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-

functional initiatives, manage timelines, and drive tasks to completion with

minimal oversight

Proven ability to operate with speed and accuracy in a high-demand, executive-

facing role

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with

Monday.com, Asana, or similar workflow tools

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and

stakeholders simultaneously

Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of synthesizing

information into clear, actionable formats

High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling sensitive

information
