Job description

Sales Account Executive - Atlanta

EOLA Power is one of the fastest-growing critical power companies in the United States and an Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Company (2025). We service UPS systems, batteries, and mission-critical infrastructure for hospitals, industrial facilities, municipalities, and data centers.

We are hiring a Sales Account Executive to grow the Atlanta market. This is a remote roleย for someone who is disciplined, technically minded, and ready to build a territory with strong internal support.

This role is designed for a professional who takes ownership of results and wants to build a long-term career in the critical power industry. You should be motivated by growth, open to development, and ready to earn the opportunity to advance into a Senior Account Executive role.

You will be supported by our established team across Atlanta and Florida, including Sales, Engineering, and Field Service, while continuing to build relationships and revenue throughout the Atlanta region.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs

  • Develop and grow the Atlanta territory through site visits, meetings, and relationship-building

  • Conduct client visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline

  • Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams

  • Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets

  • Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy

  • Represent EOLA Power professionally in the field and in front of customers

REMOTE EXPECTATION (IMPORTANT)

This is a remote role, but not a passive one.

Your time should be spent:

  • In front of customers

  • Visiting job sites and facilities

  • Building relationships in the Atlanta market

  • Generating opportunities and managing active deals

  • Traveling your territory and representing EOLA Power

When you are not in front of customers, you are expected to be actively prospecting, preparing proposals, managing follow-up, and building pipeline.

This role requires independence, ownership, and strong personal discipline.
You will be supported by leadership and our internal team, but you must be someone who can build and own a market.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience in one or more of the following:

  • Industrial or technical sales

  • Generator, electrical, or HVAC industries

  • Field service background (UPS, battery, testing, mechanical, electrical)

  • Selling PM contracts or technical services

  • Experience developing or growing a territory is a strong plus

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Senior Account Executive and help build a strong regional presence for EOLA Power.

COMPENSATION
  • OTE: $120K-$150K+ (Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses)

  • Vehicle allowance

  • Gas card

  • Healthcare + 401(k)

  • Strong sales, engineering, and field service support

  • Career growth opportunities

WHY EOLA POWER
  • Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Company (2025)

  • Leadership that sells and trains directly

  • Strong operational and technical foundation

  • Fast decision-making, no corporate layers

  • Hands-on mentorship and a clear growth path

  • Real earning potential and long-term career upside

This is where you build your career, not just take a sales job.
