Job description

Job Purpose: The Account Executive, Membership Services is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for Dallas Wings Season Ticket Members while supporting the organization's transition to American Airlines Center. This role will proactively manage and service a designated book of business, executing all membership service touchpoints and engagement initiatives designed to drive retention, satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value. The Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members, providing solution-oriented customer service and helping enhance and evolve the Season Ticket Membership platform. This position also carries accountability for service performance metrics, retention goals, account growth initiatives, and a modest new business sales goal.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of Season Ticket Members.*
  • Execute all membership service touchpoints and outreach strategies in accordance with department service standards and service mapping guidelines. *
  • Proactively communicate with members throughout the season to ensure a best-in-class experience and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
  • Support members throughout the transition to American Airlines Center by providing timely communication, education, seat selection assistance, benefits information, and personalized account support. *
  • Deliver exceptional, solution-oriented customer service while resolving member concerns efficiently and professionally. *
  • Meet or exceed department service metrics, retention goals, outreach expectations, and other performance standards established by leadership. *
  • Build strong relationships with members to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback while serving as a trusted resource and advocate.
  • Execute renewal campaigns and retention initiatives to maximize membership retention and revenue. *
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upgrades, add-on purchases, premium seating opportunities, and referrals. *
  • Contribute to the continued enhancement of the Season Ticket Membership platform by sharing member insights, identifying service improvements, and supporting new initiatives designed to elevate the member experience. *
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all member interactions, service requests, and account activities within CRM. *
  • Assist with the planning and execution of member events, exclusive experiences, and engagement opportunities. *
  • Return all member phone calls and emails within established departmental response standards.
  • Participate in department meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  • Achieve a designated new business sales goal through referrals, account expansion opportunities, and other prospecting initiatives as assigned by leadership. *
  • Follow all CRM standards, sales processes, and contact management guidelines established by leadership. *
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Game Day Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an on-site representative for Season Ticket Members during Dallas Wings home games.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to members and guests.
  • Assist with membership events, premium experiences, and season ticket activations on game days.
  • Proactively engage members to identify service opportunities and strengthen relationships.
  • Support issue resolution and ensure a positive game-day experience for all members.
  • Assist with special events and initiatives related to the transition to American Airlines Center.
  • Generate referrals and identify account growth opportunities through member interactions.
  • Float to other areas as assigned to support organizational needs during events.
  • Prolonged standing, walking, and extended work hours.
  • Must be available to attend all home games for Dallas Wings, as well as attend most community events. Games & events may take place on nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Job Requirements:
  • Formal Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Relevant Work Experience:
    • 1+ years of sports sales experience and/or relevant experience required
    • Sports experience preferred
  • Work Location & Hours: Work is performed in the community, office and/or at one of the arenas as determined necessary by the Company. Must be available to attend all home games for Dallas Wings, as well as attend company events. Games & events may take place on nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
