Richardson Sports is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and business-minded Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to our President & CEO. This role serves as a trusted partner who helps maximize executive effectiveness by managing priorities, coordinating high-impact initiatives, exercising sound business judgment, and ensuring critical projects and operations move forward efficiently.


The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen and understands how executive decisions impact the broader organization. They are resourceful, highly organized, able to anticipate needs, and confident making decisions, solving problems, and representing executive leadership with professionalism and discretion.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO and President.
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, materials, presentations, and follow-up action items.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-through.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal departments.
  • Track projects, deadlines, and key initiatives to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate company events, leadership meetings, and special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and confidential information.
  • Assist with expense reporting, purchase requests, and administrative processes.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they become problems.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and business partners interacting with executive leadership.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, business owners, or leadership teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
