Job Description:Seeking an experienced Executive Briefings Center (EBC) Programs Manager to support and scale a high-touch executive engagement program for strategic enterprise customers and prospects. This role will oversee end-to-end briefing operations, executive coordination, logistics, and workflow management to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful executive engagements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate executive and presenter participation across leadership, product, research, and GTM teams
  • Manage day-of briefing operations including room setup, catering, AV coordination, and on-site hosting
  • Support off-site executive briefings and roadshow-style sessions at customer sites or conferences
  • Run EBC request workflows including intake forms, qualification criteria, approvals, and calendar management
  • Track briefing requests, status updates, and outcomes in Asana
  • Manage workflow and reporting processes between intake systems, calendars, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards
  • Partner with Workplace and Facilities teams on briefing room readiness and customer experience standards
  • Coordinate visitor access and security processes for executive attendees
  • Prepare and support briefing documentation, executive prep materials, and follow-up logistics including swag coordination
  • Support 20โ€“30 executive briefings per month ranging from 2-hour sessions to full-day engagements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years supporting executive programs, strategic customer programs, or executive engagement within a B2B tech environment
  • Experience managing high-touch executive sessions with C-level customer attendees
  • Strong experience coordinating executive calendars and working with Executive Assistants
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Excel, and Asana
  • Ability to build lightweight intake, tracking, and operational workflows from scratch
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account planning, and briefing strategy
  • Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams and sales leadership
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple briefings simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Ability to operate independently as an individual contributor
  • Experience supporting Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs), Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), or executive engagement programs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within SaaS, cloud, or AI organizations with mature EBC programs
  • Familiarity with executive sponsor programs and customer advisory boards
  • Experience supporting both commercial and public sector customer briefings
  • Prior B2B SaaS or enterprise technology industry experience
  • Experience supporting high-volume briefing environments (20 EBCs monthly)
