This typically includes roles such as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and other C-suite positions. Executive managers oversee major business functions, ensure goals are met, and guide the company's overall vision and growth. Their responsibilities also include managing resources, building company culture, and representing the organization to stakeholders.

Building strong relationships and maintaining open communication channels is crucial for effectively addressing challenges, identifying opportunities, and driving change across the company. This collaborative approach enables executives to guide the organization with a holistic perspective and foster a cohesive, high-performing leadership team.
