Position Overview

Are you a polished AV professional who thrives in live event settings and excels at providing white-glove technical support?

Freddie Mac is seeking a Media Services Technician to deliver concierge-level assistance for meetings and events, ensuring presenters and participants enjoy flawless, stress-free audiovisual experiences

  • Enable Freddie Mac leaders and teams to communicate confidently, with all technical details managed discreetly and professionally by our Media Services team.

  • Foster a culture of excellence in hybrid and in-person meeting experiences.

Your Impact:
  • Deliver hands-on, live technical support for meetings and events, focusing on MS Teams-enabled environments.

  • Expertly operate Crestron control systems, wireless microphones, audio amplification, computer projection, and lighting.

  • Serve as the primary technical resource during events, guiding presenters through AV setup, transitions, and device operation.

  • Anticipate client needs, provide proactive assistance, and ensure all aspects of the AV experience are seamless and reliable.

  • Within your first 60 days, demonstrate proficiency in event support workflows and contribute to the continuous enhancement of client service.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Technology, Audio Engineering, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in live AV event support within corporate, hospitality, media or broadcast environments.

  • AVIXA CTS certification is highly preferred.

  • Advanced skills operating Crestron control systems, wireless microphone setups, audio mixers, computer projection, and lighting equipment.

  • In-depth experience supporting MS Teams meetings and events.

  • Exceptional client service, communication, and presentation skills.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $77,000 - $115,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Employment Type: FULL_TIME
