Job Title: Operations Logistics & Inventory Coordinator
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Professional to join our operations management team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the daily success of a large-scale industrial facility, overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, and procurement support. You will utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office to track critical assets, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the seamless distribution of materials across multiple departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to start a career in industrial logistics within a safe, organized, and mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Inventory Control & Auditing: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet operational demands. Conduct regular audits and reconcile digital records with physical counts to ensure total accuracy.
• Warehouse Management: Oversee the safe storage, labeling, and handling of goods, equipment, and supplies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
• Procurement Support: Assist in communicating with supply vendors, obtaining price quotes, and maintaining documentation for purchase orders and shipping records.
• Systems Administration: Use CMMS software to schedule and review work orders, ensuring accurate data entry for replacement parts, equipment, and industrial chemicals.
