Position Summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Project Analyst to support the Air National Guard Executive Secretariat and Staff Action Control Office. This role supports tasker management, workflow tracking, correspondence control, document routing, research, and coordination across ANG, NGB, HAF, MAJCOM, state, territory, and wing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and support ANG staff action and tasker management processes.

  • Enter, route, track, update, and close taskers in approved systems.

  • Support OPR/OCR coordination and suspense management.

  • Coordinate taskers and staff actions with ANG directorates and external stakeholders.

  • Support task intake from OSD, Joint Staff, HAF, NGB, MAJCOMs, states, territories, and ANG Wings.

  • Maintain trackers, task status reports, calendars, rosters, and repositories.

  • Support quality control of prepared and coordinated responses.

  • Assist with response package preparation and document routing.

  • Maintain tracker, SharePoint, roster, and repository data.

  • Conduct research and fact collection to support leadership decisions.

  • Support workflow manager meetings, Action Officer course support, and training materials.

  • Support process improvement, SOP, and training activities.

  • Provide reminders and escalation support for due and overdue taskers.

  • Prepare reports, charts, and updates, as assigned.

  • Protect sensitive, controlled, and classified information and handle appropriately.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred.

  • Five years of relevant experience in project analysis, staff action support, task management, military staff operations, or executive support.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and deadline management.

  • Ability to manage high-volume work and competing deadlines.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and Government system access.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ANG, Air Force, NGB, HAF, or MAJCOM staff processes.

  • Experience with ETMS2, ETS, CATMS, TMT, SharePoint, or similar workflow systems.

  • Familiarity with official Air Force or ANG correspondence.

  • Experience with SharePoint-based repository management.

Salary: $80,000
