Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a Retail Appointment Setter, you'll serve as a Brand Ambassador inside one of our retail partner locations by:
  • Greeting customers and starting friendly conversations
  • Educating homeowners about Berkeys' Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Water Treatment, and Generator services
  • Asking questions to understand customers' home service needs
  • Scheduling free in-home estimates with our Sales Consultants
  • Building relationships with store associates and leadership
  • Representing Berkeys with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

No sales closing required-you simply generate qualified appointments for our Sales team.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • Retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, or promotional experience preferred (not required)
  • Outgoing and confident communicator
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
  • Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-8 hours)
  • Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and text messaging

No HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Water Treatment experience is required-we'll teach you everything you need to know.
