Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life. This role reports to the Director Marketing and partners with corporate leadership to develop engaging print and digital materials that support our communities, team members, and business objectives. What You'll Do

Design engaging print and digital marketing materials that support company initiatives

Create branded collateral including presentations, brochures, flyers, email templates, signage, and social media graphics

Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing materials

Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to develop creative solutions

Identify opportunities to enhance Claiborne's brand presence through innovative design

Manage relationships with print vendors, including requesting quotes, communicating specifications, reviewing proofs, coordinating timelines, and monitoring delivery

Confirm printed materials meet quality, brand, budget, and deadline requirements

Maintain organized records of print specifications, pricing, proofs, and vendor contacts

Create project timelines, identify next steps, and manage competing priorities

Keep assignments, deadlines, feedback, revisions, approvals, and files current in our project-management system

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related creative field

Two or more years of professional graphic design experience

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)

Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and both print and digital design

Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams

A portfolio demonstrating creative, professional, and brand-focused design work
