Compensation: $91,000 - $225,000

A global leader in human capital consulting is hiring a Senior Compensation Consultant to join its Career Consulting practice. You will serve as a principal strategist, leading the delivery of large-scale projects, configuring complex corporate rewards structures, and solving intricate compensation challenges for major organizations. You will partner directly with senior executive leadership and HR heads to develop and deliver compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top-tier talent.

What You'll Own
  • Structure, direct, review, and interpret quantitative analyses performed by corporate project teams
  • Develop comprehensive compensation strategies, rewards philosophies, and tailored programs that address clients' attraction and retention needs
  • Advise senior management on complex compensation issues including overall pay strategy (structure and competitiveness), job architecture design, and the digital activation of these designs
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions, establishing trust and maintaining strong long-term partnerships across corporate accounts
  • Provide technical guidance, project oversight, and constructive coaching to junior team members to ensure elite quality deliverables and support their professional development
  • Drive business development initiatives by originating new client relationships, expanding existing consulting engagements, and identifying cross-selling opportunities across the firm's broader ecosystem
  • Utilize advanced analytics platforms, market survey databases, and technology-enabled tools to build and deliver data-driven insights
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in compensation consulting or related high-level HR advisory roles, with demonstrated subject matter expertise
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple large-scale projects and navigate complex corporate client engagements simultaneously
  • Deep technical knowledge of corporate compensation strategy, incentive plan design, external market analysis methodologies, total rewards technology, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong client relationship management skills with direct experience presenting to and advising senior executives and C-suite leaders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaborative leadership abilities
  • Advanced mastery of the Microsoft Office suite, with power-user capability in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving and mentoring team members
