Our engaging Client Booking Specialists are the voices of our luxury brand, delivering incredible first impressions while fostering relationships with our clients and their families over the phone.


As a Client Booking Specialist at our studio call center, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls with potential clients. Your focus will be on working with warm leads using guaranteed successful scripts. This position values your love for speaking and creating memorable interactions. While sales experience is a plus, we're seeking energetic individuals passionate about having meaningful conversations with happy potential clients!

Your Role:

  • Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 5:30 pm) Guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls with potential clients (no cold calling, warm leads only)
  • Book clients into our studio schedule
  • Engage passionately with people and enjoy conversations!
  • Achieve specific targets for calls and bookings
  • This is an in-person office position at our studio, NOT remote


What We Look For:

  • A MUST-HAVE is an upbeat, positive attitude!
  • STELLAR communication skills are essential
  • Previous experience in phone sales or appointment setting is preferred but not mandatory (We TRAIN successful Booking STARS)
