Job description

The Mission

Close inbound qualified calls for Level Up REI's done-for-you Meta ads service, helping real estate wholesalers and flippers stop guessing at ads and start running profitable lead-gen at scale.

You'll be the closer on a team that's moving the business from 7 figures to 8 figures over the next 24 months. The right person grows with us.

The 12-Month Picture

If you do this job well, here's what your life looks like 12 months in:

  • You're signing 8–10 new clients per month consistently. Top performers on our model sign 12–15.
  • At our current pricing, that's roughly $15K–$20K/month in new cash commissions, on top of your residual book.
  • You've stacked a recurring book of business that pays you monthly without grinding for quota.
  • You're closing from a place of freedom, not a place of hamster-wheel pressure.

What's In It For You

  • Direct mentorship from the CEO. You'll learn directly from the people building the company — not from a sales manager three layers removed from the strategy.
  • Upside earning potential. Your book stacks up every month you stay.
  • A proven company with a proven product. Four years in business, 100+ reviews, and one of the strongest brands in the real estate investor marketing space.
  • You're joining a company that's growing fast. We get better every single day. The people who push themselves here grow with us.

Dealbreakers (Don't Apply If…)

  • You're new to sales or have never closed high-ticket
  • You don't know your numbers
  • You can't tell us your last 3 months of close rate, show rate, and gross commission earned
  • You're looking for a salary job dressed up as commission
  • You need someone to chase you to hit your activity

We respond within 24 hours. If we want to move forward, you'll be on a call with us right away!

Compensation:

$100,000 - $200,000

Responsibilities:

What You're Selling

High-ticket, recurring marketing retainer, done-for-you Meta ads for real estate investors, wholesalers, and flippers.

We work with established businesses and operators spending $10K–$50K/month on marketing. Our job is to scale their businesses by adding a profitable marketing channel. We focus on client retention and client results by ingraining ourselves as a true marketing partner, not just generating leads, but helping them generate closed deals.

  • Sales Model: One-call close. ~70% close same call / same week. ~30% close from follow-up.
  • Lead sources: Setter-booked, auto-booked, and organic, you'll see all three.

This is operator-to-operator selling. We sell to people who write the check themselves.

What You'll Own (First 90 Days)

By Day 20:

  • Taking 4 live calls per day
  • Closing at a 35% rate (our standard bar)
  • Fluent on the offer, the avatars (wholesalers, flippers), and the most common objections
  • Hitting the same-week close rate of 60–70% on first-call opportunities

By Day 60:

  • Full call volume across three booking channels (setter-booked, auto-booked, organic)
  • Building a follow-up system that converts the 30% who don't close on the first call
  • Pipeline hygiene is tight — every deal accounted for, no leaks

By Day 90:

  • Signing 10+ deals per month
  • Recurring commission book stacking
  • Trusted enough to feed the team feedback on offer, lead quality, and process

Qualifications:

Who Thrives Here

We're cloning specific traits. If these don't describe you, this won't work.

  • You're obsessed with getting better. Every day. You study calls. You know your numbers cold. You can tell me your close rate, your show rate, your average deal size, and what's broken in your pipeline without looking it up.
  • You're built for the long game. You stick. You don't bail when it gets hard. You're here to build a book of business that pays you for years, not job-hop in 9 months.
  • You sell with truth. No fake urgency, no slick reframes, no convincing people into deals they shouldn't take. You present the facts, you tell people what they need to hear, and you let them decide. The truth closes — and the truth keeps clients from churning.
  • You have a growth mindset. Feedback is fuel. You want to be coached. You're hungry to learn from CEOs running 7-figure companies, and you'll use what you learn.

About Company

Level Up REI is a done-for-you Meta ads agency built specifically for real estate investors. We help established wholesalers, flippers, and investors generate motivated seller leads that actually convert into closed deals — not just inquiries that sit in a CRM.

What sets us apart is how deeply we integrate into clients' businesses. We don't operate like a typical agency that runs ads from a distance. We become their true marketing partner by integrating and understanding their buy box, their acquisition process, and what a profitable deal actually looks like for them.

We believe in doing honest, results-driven work that keeps clients with us for the long haul. That philosophy has earned us 100+ five-star reviews and one of the strongest reputations in the real estate investor marketing space. We've been at this for four years, we manage millions in annual ad spend across a client book, and we're growing fast.
