Executive Assistants often support more than one executive, which can create challenges such as managing conflicting priorities, coordinating multiple calendars, and handling a high volume of communications. Job description

Do you want to empower organizations to build smarter compensation strategies while ensuring fair pay for all employees?

Syndio is a Series C technology company leveraging advanced technology and responsible AI to accelerate decision-making, streamline compliance, and democratize insights for consistent, equitable compensation practices at scale. Backed by $83M in investments from Bessemer Venture Partners, Voyager Capital, and Emerson Collective, we are expanding our team and products to help companies align their rewards strategies with their business goals.

Our customers are our greatest asset. Syndio partners with many of the world's most recognized and respected enterprises, helping them implement leading-edge compensation solutions with expert guidance. We analyze pay for over 10 million employees across dozens of countries, ensuring fair, defensible rewards that drive better business outcomes.

Join us in our mission to help companies make smarter pay decisions they can trust!

About the role

As Syndio's go-to-market organization scales, we're seeking a GTM Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-quality administrative and operational support to our SVP, Revenue, SVP, Marketing and our Chief Legal & Partnerships Officer โ€” based in EST, CT and PT time zones. This role is central to enabling our Go-to-Market leaders to move fast, stay aligned, and focus on strategy.

This role sits at the intersection of executive administration and GTM operations, requiring someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. You'll own complex scheduling, logistics, and serve as a key partner to senior leadership as they drive Syndio's growth.

Why this job is exciting
  • Serve as a partner to GTM executives, enabling them to focus on revenue growth and market impact.
  • Own complex, multi-timezone calendar management for senior leaders, navigating competing priorities with precision and sound judgment.
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, proactively anticipating changes and adapting plans on the fly.
  • Support preparation for executive meetings, QBRs, board materials, customer-facing events, and GTM offsites.
  • Coordinate cross-functional logistics for GTM team initiatives, including sales kickoffs, marketing events, and executive briefings.
  • Maintain and organize GTM-related tools and systems (Salesforce, Gong, ClientSuccess) to support executive visibility into pipeline and performance.
  • Own the integration of AI tools into your daily workflows, proactively finding new ways to create efficiencies for yourself and the executives you support
  • Handle expense reporting and budget tracking for supported executives with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide additional project support during peak periods or company-wide initiatives.
  • Own logistics execution for GTM events including sales kickoffs, marketing offsites, and executive briefings covering venue coordination, vendor management, attendee logistics, and on-site operations. (Event strategy and creative direction sit with the marketing team; your job is to make sure every detail is handled.)
About You

You are a self-starter who operates with just the right spark of direction, proactively solves problems, and exercises strong judgment about when to work independently vs. escalate. You bring:

  • Experience in the tech industry, ideally across both complex enterprise and startup settings
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, within a sales or marketing environment.
  • Expertise managing complex, multi-timezone travel schedules with the ability to pivot quickly when plans change.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail โ€” you catch things others miss and take pride in having it right the first time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent executives professionally in all interactions.
  • The ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and maintain composure under shifting priorities.
Required Technical Experience

Hands-on working knowledge of the following GTM tools is required:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
  • Salesforce โ€” navigating accounts, opportunities, and activity data in support of executive visibility.
  • Gong โ€” supporting executives in reviewing call recordings, preparing for customer meetings, and tracking pipeline signals.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for drafting, synthesis, and workflow automation, including the ability to build simple, repeatable processes using these tools, not just use them on a task-by-task basis.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with DocuSign, Notion, or similar productivity and contract management tools.
  • Experience supporting marketing or revenue leaders in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Event planning and execution experience for executive or GTM events.
  • Experience with procurement and vendor management in an office setting.
What Success Looks Like

You will operate with limited direction and independently scope and implement solutions. Within your first 60โ€“90 days, you will have:

  • Established seamless executive support for the SVP, Revenue, SVP, Marketing and Chief Legal & Partnerships Officer โ€” minimizing scheduling conflicts, proactively managing travel logistics, and building strong working relationships Demonstrated command of GTM tooling (Salesforce, Gong, ClientSuccess), enabling you to anticipate executive needs and surface relevant information without being asked.
  • Earned trust as a reliable, proactive partner โ€” someone executives can count on to own important tasks end-to-end and surface risks before they become problems.
  • You don't just use AI tools: you build with them. You're comfortable identifying repetitive or documentation-heavy workflows and designing lightweight AI-assisted processes that save the team time. Within 90 days, you'll have identified at least one workflow to streamline using AI tooling.
Why you'll love it here:
  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Competitive Compensation. For this role our salary is targeted at $95,000 - $112,000 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
  • ๐Ÿ† Syndio Equity. So you can share in Syndio's success.
  • ๐Ÿ Flexible Vacation Policy. We encourage our team to recharge when they need to, plus paid sick & safe time, compassion leave, and voting leave.
  • Paid parental leave
  • ๐Ÿฉบ Medical, Dental, Vision. Syndio pays 90% of employee premiums, and 50% for dependents.
  • ๐Ÿฅ Life Insurance & Disability. Syndio covers the full premium.
  • ๐Ÿฆ 401(k). To help you save for your future
