ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll own and lead as a: Executive Operations Project Manager

Lead high-impact, cross-functional executive initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes

Design and manage executive dashboards, reporting tools, and business intelligence systems to support data-driven decision-making

Research and implement AI and automation solutions to improve efficiency and scale operations across the organization

Serve as the Monday.com subject matter expert — managing project execution, workflows, automations, and user adoption

Own governance of internal data, SOPs, and operational documentation, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility

Manage executive calendars, agendas, travel logistics, and briefing materials to keep leadership prepared and on track

Support new Branch launches, expansions, and event coordination — including research, scorecards, planning, and procurement

Lead change management efforts ensuring systems and documentation are updated, approved, and implemented organization-wide

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in executive operations, project management, or a strategic support role in a fast-paced organization

Proficient in Monday.com and business intelligence tools; experience with AI and automation solutions a strong plus

Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation, SOPs, and workflow governance skills

Proactive and self-managed — able to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and execute with minimal direction

Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence with executive-level stakeholders

Comfortable managing complex logistics including travel coordination, event planning, and multi-location support

Committed to compliance, data integrity, and HIPAA standards across all operational systems and documentation

Experience in healthcare, home care, or a multi-site operational environment a strong plus
