Price Engineering’s Hydraulic Sales Group is a recognized leader in hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and electric automation solutions. We partner with premier manufacturers and innovative OEMs across the region to design, build, and support high-performance motion control systems.

We are seeking a Director – Hydraulic Sales to lead and scale our hydraulic business across mobile and industrial markets. This is a senior sales leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, strengthening supplier partnerships, and building a high-performance sales organization.

Position Scope
  • Own and execute the hydraulic sales strategy for mobile and industrial markets
  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals and product managers
  • Strengthen and expand strategic supplier partnerships

  • Serve as executive liaison with key hydraulic and controls suppliers

Experience, Education And Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within industrial or mobile hydraulics
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue and leading technical sales teams
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, controls, and applications
  • Proven ability to develop strategy and translate it into execution
  • Financial acumen including pricing, margin management, and forecasting
