At Joyce University, our mission is to prepare healthcare professionals who transform lives. We're seeking an entrepreneurial relationship builder who thrives on creating strategic partnerships that expand educational opportunities while helping healthcare organizations solve workforce challenges.

What You'll Do
Build Strategic Employer Partnerships
  • Identify, prioritize, and cultivate relationships with healthcare employers and clinical partners across designated U.S. markets.
  • Meet with HR leaders, Chief Nursing Officers, Workforce Development leaders, and executives to understand workforce development needs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust employer pipeline using CRM best practices.

Drive Business Development
  • Lead partnership discussions from initial outreach through signed agreements.
  • Develop customized partnership models including tuition discount programs, cohort opportunities, direct-bill arrangements, and leadership development pathways.
  • Launch new partnerships by coordinating employee communications, HR integration, and ongoing engagement strategies.

Grow Student Enrollment
  • Partner closely with Admissions to ensure a seamless experience for employer-referred applicants.
  • Help generate employer-sponsored student enrollments through strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor partnership performance and enrollment outcomes while identifying opportunities for growth.

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Admissions, Marketing, Finance, Academic Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Legal to deliver exceptional employer experiences.
  • Create scalable processes, partnership playbooks, and operational documentation.
  • Represent Joyce University at healthcare, workforce, and industry conferences.

What We Offer
At Joyce University, we invest in our people by providing a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, purpose-driven workplace where you can grow your career while making a meaningful impact.
  • Generous self-directed paid time off (PTO)
  • Paid holidays
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Employer-paid short-term disability insurance
  • Long-term disability coverage
  • Continuing education assistance
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities
  • A collaborative, mission-driven culture where your work makes a lasting impact on students and the future of healthcare

Requirements
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a relationship-focused leader who combines business development expertise with strategic thinking and a passion for higher education.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience building executive-level relationships with healthcare systems, hospitals, or employer organizations.
  • Experience developing and managing strategic partnership pipelines using a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and collaborating across multiple departments.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with employer-sponsored education or tuition assistance programs.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, nursing workforce challenges, or higher education enrollment.
  • Experience launching new markets, programs, or strategic initiatives.

How Success is Measured

  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of 20+ targeted employer partnerships.
  • Executing new partnership agreements that support Joyce University's strategic growth.
  • Generating 60-100 employer-sponsored student enrollments during the first year.
