Job description

We're hiring an Account Executive who wants to win.

This is a role for someone who gets a little charge out of the chase — the cold call that turns into a conversation, the deal that comes back from the dead, the month where you pass your number with a week to spare. We keep a leaderboard. We celebrate the people on it. And we genuinely like each other, which makes the hard days better and the good ones a lot more fun.

What you'll do

  • Own the full cycle: prospect, pitch, close, and grow your book of business
  • Get in front of new customers and deepen relationships with the ones we already have
  • Keep your pipeline full and your follow-through relentless

What we're looking for

  • You're competitive, and you'd rather be measured than coasting
  • You build rapport fast and people trust you quickly
  • You're comfortable negotiating and don't flinch at "no"
  • You're organized enough that nothing falls through the cracks
  • You bring good energy to a room — the kind of teammate people want closing next to them

What we offer

  • Base + uncapped commission
  • Career path / promotion opportunities
  • Team culture perks: President's Club, team trips, etc.

If you've read this far and you're already thinking about how fast you could ramp — let's talk.

Company Description

Unishippers is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider that helps small and mid-sized businesses manage their shipping, handling everything from small parcel to less-than-truckload (LTL) and full truckload freight. It is part of the nation's largest non-retail authorized reseller of UPS shipping services, and it pools the combined shipping volume of its SMB customers to negotiate lower rates than those businesses could get on their own — alongside a portfolio of 75+ LTL and 45,000+ truckload carriers. The company operates through a network of 200+ franchises, so customers get a dedicated local team plus shipping technology and support typically reserved for high-volume shippers. Unishippers has been in business for over 30 years!
