Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sales of GE Digital Radiology solutions to external customers working with the Enterprise Imaging Account Executives, Sales Agents, & channel partners in defined region.
  • The Radiology Sales Specialist will be responsible for meeting the monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales quotas and providing solid direction and leadership for the regional team.
  • Work effectively in a team selling environment with Clinical Specialists, Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers, and Inside Sales to provide clinical support and sales assistance, resolving customer issues, while driving collaborative performance in new and prospective accounts
  • Works as resource to the Enterprise Solutions Team to ensure customer retention and plan for expansion of footprint in Enterprise Imaging install base and new logos.
  • Developing specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments within Enterprise Imaging - Radiology focus
  • Communication skills to influence and teach others.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of best practices clinically and technically, has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the Radiology market.
  • A subject matter expert in Radiology Imaging that thrives in team selling, a market feedback conduit to Product Management, Marketing, & GTM teams.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead and team up in large projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.

Required Qualifications
  • For roles in USA - Bachelors or MBA degree from an accredited university or college with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s). Clinical background a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of time and to customer sites, sales meetings and tradeshows or as required by business conditions
