Our client is a privately held organization with a diverse portfolio of service-based businesses operating across multiple industries. With a long-standing reputation for operational excellence and a people-first culture, the company has experienced significant growth while maintaining the agility and entrepreneurial spirit of a family-owned enterprise.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes ownership of projects from conception through completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chairman's Office.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between executive leadership and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and execute complex projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications remain on track.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Self-starter with excellent judgment, initiative, and follow-through.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changing priorities.
  • Professional presence with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality at all levels of an organization.
