Job description

Job Summary for Microsoft Dynamics GP Developer
- Design, develop, and maintain customizations for Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP system using Dexterity, Modifier with VBA, and Visual Studio Tools.
- Build and support data integrations between Dynamics GP and other enterprise systems (CRM, billing, HR) using eConnect, Integration Manager, and custom APIs (C#/.NET).
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers; create custom reports and dashboards using SSRS and SmartList Builder.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for GP-related issues; troubleshoot system errors, performance problems, and data integrity issues.
- Assist with planning, testing, and executing Dynamics GP version upgrades, service packs, and third-party ISV product installations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, finance teams, and technical leadership to gather and refine business and technical requirements.
- Create and maintain clear, detailed technical documentation for customizations and integrations.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical financial stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics GP features, database schema, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Preferred: Hold relevant Microsoft certifications and have experience with Dynamics GP migrations and Power BI integrations, especially in healthcare or diagnostics sectors.
