Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Travel: Manage executive calendars, prioritize critical appointments, and coordinate travel logistics.
  • Operational Liaison: Connect executive leadership with department heads (Sales, Service, Finance) to track dealership goals.
  • Information Filtering: Screen incoming executive calls, emails, and corporate guests with professional poise.
  • Data & Reporting: Compile weekly and monthly dealership metrics into clear performance reports.
  • Meeting Administration: Plan manager meetings, record minutes, and hold teams accountable to action items.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain complete discretion regarding sensitive financial records, legal assets, and personnel files.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of executive administrative support experience.
  • Industry Skills: Automotive dealership experience or familiarity with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) is strongly preferred.
