Job description

• Deal effectively with public, staff, clients, families, and co-workers and answer multi-line phone system.
• Plans the office routine.
• Ensures payroll is completed and distributed when due
• Gathers monthly statistical data.
• Ensures the books are properly summarized and ready for the corporate controller at the end of the month.
• Maintains the residents spending funds.
• Enter new hires/termination into the Paylocity system and maintain up to date accurate records as required by company policy.
• Maintain accurate employee time records.
• Maintain complete and accurate resident daily/weekly/monthly census as required by company policy, the mental health organization and the insurance companies.
• Complete an accurate TN Anytime records on each resident.
• Apply for and maintain accurate records of all Resident's DHS EBT benefits.
• Ensure that new residents are entered into the TIMAS system in a timely manner.
• Help ensure that all resident paperwork is entered into the TIMAS system on a regular basis.
• Ensure that all resident's Social Security benefits are up to date and maintained.
• Ensure that all staff are trained according to company policy.
• Ensure that the hiring process is followed according to company policy.
• Review and approve staff documentation in TIMAS.
• Give support to your Nurse and Executive Director as needed.
Requirements
1. Must be 18 years of age or older
2. Valid Driver's license or state ID
3. Successful completion of a drug screen
4. Background results within company standards (i.e. no assault, bodily harm, possession of weapons or drug charge)
5. Minimum of a High School Diploma. Have obtained an undergraduate or graduate degree in related field. LPN or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
6. Must have CPR & First aid or must complete MSHN CPR/first aid class within first thirty days of employment. Certification must be repeated every 2 years.
7. Must provide a TB-Skin test result or complete test through MSHN within the first thirty days of employment. Test will be repeated annually.
8. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal
skills
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
10. At least 2 years office experience preferred.
