Our top Business Development Representatives are already exceeding that mark, and we’re looking for someone who wants to join a winning team and keep raising the bar. This is more than a sales role—it’s an opportunity to build a book of business, drive revenue growth, and position yourself for long-term success within a nationally recognized brand.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and project execution.

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within CRM systems.
  • Drive account growth through consistent engagement, follow-ups, and business reviews.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in business development, outside sales, or account management.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in flooring, construction, restoration, or related industries is a plus.
Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Multiple six-figure earning opportunities through commissions and bonus incentives.
  • Uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance.
  • Car allowance + mileage reimbursement.
  • Company-provided cell phone and tablet.
  • Per diem opportunities for travel and business development activities.
  • Comprehensive support and resources to help you succeed in the field.
Why Join E4B
  • Backed by a nationally recognized brand with strong market presence.
  • Opportunity to build a long-term book of business and grow your career.
  • Collaborative, high-performance culture focused on results and development.
  • Streamlined hiring process designed to move quickly and efficiently.
