Soccer Shots, Super Hoopers, and TrueCut Track are premier youth enrichment programs dedicated to
helping children ages 18 months to 8 years old build confidence, character, athletic skills, and a lifelong
love of being active.
We're looking for an Executive Director to lead and grow our portfolio of youth enrichment programs. This
is more than a program management position-it's an opportunity to operate and grow a successful
organization that positively impacts thousands of children and families each year.
Reporting directly to the Franchise Owner, the Executive Director serves as the senior leader
responsible for the day-to-day operation and long-term growth of Soccer Shots, Super Hoopers, and
the continued expansion of TrueCut Track
This role has overall responsibility for enrollment growth,
customer satisfaction, coach development, financial performance, and operational excellence. You'll lead an
exceptional team, build relationships throughout the community, and drive the continued success of the
organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Marketing
  • Drive enrollment growth through digital marketing, community partnerships, referrals, and
  • grassroots outreach.
  • Build relationships with preschools, daycare centers, elementary schools, parks and recreation
  • departments, and community organizations.
  • Analyze enrollment trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Execute seasonal marketing campaigns and local promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor marketing performance and adjust strategies to maximize enrollment growth.

Customer Experience
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for every child and family.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement continuous improvements.
  • Resolve parent concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Foster long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals.

Team Leadership & Coach Development
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor outstanding coaches.
  • Conduct regular coach observations and provide meaningful feedback.
  • Develop future leaders within the organization.
  • Build a positive, high-performance culture centered on accountability, professionalism, and fun.

Operations & Financial Performance
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily operations.
  • Manage labor and operating expenses responsibly.
  • Track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure the business meets its enrollment, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

Lead From the Front
  • Be willing to step in and coach classes when needed to ensure every child receives an outstanding
  • experience.
  • Support the coaching team during staffing shortages, schedule changes, or periods of rapid growth.
  • Lead by example by demonstrating the professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy expected from
  • every coach.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and isn't afraid to solve problems.

  • The flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as programs require.

Experience in youth sports, education, child enrichment, recreation, franchise operations, hospitality, retail
leadership, or small business management is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $60,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
In addition to a competitive base salary, you'll have the opportunity to earn quarterly performance
