An Executive Director of a Simulation Center is a senior leader responsible for overseeing the operations, strategic direction, and development of a simulation-based training facility, often within a healthcare or academic institution. This role involves managing staff, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring high-quality educational experiences for students and professionals. The Executive Director collaborates with faculty, administrators, and external partners to advance simulation-based education, research, and innovation.
