Lead. Develop. Transform. Drive Results.

Are you a strategic leader who knows how to turn big-picture goals into measurable results? Do you enjoy developing leaders, solving complex operational challenges, and bringing people together to move an organization forward?

The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) is seeking a Director of Campus Operations to serve as a strategic extension of the Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) of Ground Campuses & Admissions. This high-impact role partners closely with Campus Presidents to strengthen leadership, improve campus performance, and ensure key organizational priorities are executed consistently across CHCPโ€™s ground campuses.

This is an opportunity for a results-driven leader who can influence without direct authority, coach senior leaders, lead enterprise initiatives, and create lasting operational improvements.

What You'll Do Lead Strategic Initiatives
  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives from planning and implementation through adoption and long-term sustainability.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, accountability measures, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, remove barriers, manage risks, and keep senior leadership informed of progress.
  • Support major organizational initiatives, including transitions, acquisitions, and new campus openings.
Drive Campus Performance
  • Partner with Campus Presidents to improve operational execution, consistency, and overall campus performance.
  • Analyze KPIs and campus data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and monitor action plans with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Address performance gaps, recommend solutions, and escalate unresolved concerns when necessary.
  • Develop executive dashboards and use data to recommend operational improvements.
  • Identify and share best practices across campuses.
Develop Future-Focused Leaders

One of the most important aspects of this role is developing Campus Presidents into confident, proactive, and accountable leaders.

You will:

  • Coach Campus Presidents in critical thinking, decision-making, executive judgment, and problem-solving.
  • Help leaders anticipate challenges before they impact campus performance.
  • Support Campus Presidents in building strong, engaged, and accountable leadership teams.
  • Partner with the SEVP, Human Resources, and Organizational Development on onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development.
Collaborate Across the Organization

Work closely with leaders across:

  • Admissions
  • Education
  • Career Services
  • Compliance

  • Organizational Development

You'll help resolve cross-functional challenges, present recommendations to senior leadership, and use business dataโ€”including enrollment, staffing, productivity, and budget performanceโ€”to support informed decisions.

What We're Looking For Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Higher Education, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
Experience
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in higher education, multi-campus operations, organizational leadership, or a comparable complex environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise initiatives and organizational change.
  • Experience coaching senior leaders and improving operational performance.
  • Strong ability to influence and drive results without direct authority.
  • Experience analyzing business results and using data to make strategic decisions.
Technology
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with dashboards/business intelligence tools, project-management platforms, and HR or operational systems preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and create executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly.
