Key Responsibilities as Executive Director:

  • Strategic Leadership: Actively guide and inspire the community and staff towards success.
  • Sales amp; Marketing Excellence: Oversee marketing and sales efforts, with a focus on community engagement and growth.
  • Team Building amp; Talent Development: Hire, train, and retain a service-driven team that reflects our culture of caring.
  • Dynamic Communication: Motivate, engage, and positively impact others with your warm and empathetic communication style.
