Executive Director – Addiction Treatment Center Location: Richmond, Virginia Position Type: Full-Time | 100% Onsite About the Opportunity A well-established addiction treatment provider is seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee the daily operations and long-term success of its residential treatment facility in the Richmond, Virginia area. This executive leadership role is responsible for the overall performance of the organization, including clinical and operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, staff development, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is a proven behavioral healthcare leader with strong operational expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Position Overview The Executive Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across all departments, ensuring high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational goals. This individual will work closely with department leaders to drive performance, strengthen culture, and support continued organizational growth.
