Job description

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction.
We are seeking Substance Abuse/Drug and Alcohol Treatment Professionals to serve as the Addiction Recovery Specialist in a full-time position at the Pendleton Correctional Facility in Pendleton, Indiana.
Pay Rate $24.01-$26.44 per hour, depending on certification and experience
Regular Full Time Day Shift
The Addiction Recovery Specialist provides supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional facility, through outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling.
  • Bachelor's degree in human services field required
  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant (CADAC II+, LAC, LAC-A, LSW) or higher certification/licensure or the ability to obtain within 24 months of hiring date
  • Must show/obtain current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR, first-aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use certification
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
