Job description

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Bridge Dialysis | A Connect Health Affiliate
Paid 6โ€“8 Month Leadership Track
Bridge Dialysis is hiring an entrepreneurial, people first leader โ€” someone who will lead a Dialysis operation with the extensive freedom and responsibility of a local CEO. The first 6โ€“8 months of this role are part of our Executive Director Leadership Track, a hands-on development program designed to prepare you to make a meaningful impact in your market.
At Bridge, we believe the best leaders stay close to the operation, deeply connected to their people, and empowered to make decisions. We are a field driven, decentralized organization where leaders have extensive freedom to make decisions, drive performance, and drive a clear vision for their team and operation. This role is built for someone who wants ownership, accountability, and the chance to build something meaningful in their community.
This hands on, 6โ€“8- month training track prepares you to operate as the local owner of a dialysis market โ€” with real responsibility from day one.
During the track โ€“ youโ€™ll learn how to:
โ€ข Build and develop high performing teams
โ€ข Drive financial performance and manage a P amp;L
โ€ข Improve quality outcomes and operational excellence
โ€ข Grow community partnerships
โ€ข Lead initiatives that directly impact results
After the Program
Graduates step into the Executive Director role, where you will:
โ€ข Lead your own operation
โ€ข Make decisions locally
โ€ข Be incentivized on the results you create
โ€ข Grow toward equity opportunities
โ€ข Shape the culture, vision, and performance of your market
You will have support โ€” but the ownership is yours.
Why Bridge
Bridge Dialysis provides subacute and long-term residents with a 5-day, 3-hour daily protocol, offering flexibility for therapy, leisure, and rest to enhance quality of life.
If you want to lead, build, grow, and create meaningful change, youโ€™ll thrive here.
What Weโ€™re Looking For
โ€ข 2โ€“3 years of leadership experience
โ€ข Strong financial acumen
โ€ข Ability to lead teams and drive results
โ€ข Clear, confident communicator
โ€ข Organized, values driven, and people focused
โ€ข Healthcare experience preferred but not required
โ€ข Ability to relocate
