This two-year program combines professional sales training, financial planning education, executive mentorship, and leadership development into one structured career path. You'll learn how to build lasting client relationships, manage your own venture, and eventually mentor and develop others within the firm.


Unlike many entry-level positions, you'll have measurable goals, regular coaching, and a defined promotion path based on performance—not tenure.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $85,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a book of business
  • Prospect through networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Conduct financial planning consultations
  • Develop comprehensive financial strategies for clients
  • Meet established sales and production KPIs
  • Complete licensing and professional development requirements
  • Prepare for future leadership responsibilities through the LCElite Program
