Job description

What's the role?

As the Wholesale Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with wholesale partners, driving sales of our Mobility services, Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, and wireline solutions.

How can you add value?

  • Develop and complete strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned quotas.
  • Primarily on customer premises, build existing/new sales for delivery of solutions meeting a wide variety of customer needs for Liberty products/services/systems/solutions.
  • Build/maintain network of colleagues/customers to share information and acquire prospects.
  • May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies (i.e. billing, installation, customer issues).
  • Take initiative/accountability for producing desired results. Establish/maintain productive long-term networks.
  • Observe/participate in communicating products, services and migrations that can benefit customer needs.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of the entire product/service line in the organization.
  • Partner with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, priorities to deliver valuable solutions.
  • Develop responses to Request for Proposals.
  • Identify key trends/customer needs, demonstrate industry knowledge/applications, apply consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures and culture.
  • Own account relationship and responsible for meeting revenue objectives. Demonstrate dynamic record of sales achievement.
  • May aid in devising direct sales plans/strategies.
  • May develop critical initiatives to grow/retain the revenue stream of assigned moderately complex accounts/projects.
  • Duties directly related to making sales includes: Meeting with customers engaged in sales activities at the customers' site, presenting with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc., related to proposed solution/sale etc., traveling to and from the customers' premises, preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solution/sale, including design and engineering, and researching customer business and industry to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrates and ensures compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America’s policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.
  • Other functions may be assigned.

What do you need?

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.

Requires 3-5 years’ direct sales experience.

Knowledge in Telecommunications preferred.

Other Qualifications:
  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish), written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Ethernet, Internet and Broadband services, products and applications.
  • Understanding and experience in Client Relationships and Customer Focus.
  • High self-Motivation for Sales and outstanding Closing Skills.
  • Able to strive on a Multi-Tasking and Negotiation environment.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Good skills of negotiation and persuasion.
  • Outstanding presentation abilities.
  • Computer-literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Driver license valid and in force, and satisfactory driver record.
  • Owns and drive motor vehicle that follows state laws and traffic regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
