JOB SUMMARY

The Contractor Relations Specialist is fully responsible for managing each job from beginning to end, requiring both external communication with contractors/customers and internal communication with CGM departments. This person ensures complete contractor/customer satisfaction while meeting internal requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Contractor Relations Specialist is responsible for:

โ— Manage pre-sold jobs from template to install.

โ— Meet with contractor/customer walk-ins while at the office

โ— Lead customer-centric showroom experience

โ— Prepare and submit customer quotes / estimates

โ— Review and sign all documentation with customers

โ— Answer and return customer phone calls by the end of the day

โ— Perform accurate square footage calculations

โ— Provide prompt solutions to customer concerns

โ— Perform post-installation follow up with customers

โ— Generate positive social media reviews on four platforms

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Engage in contractor sales activities and conduct professional and compelling sales presentations. Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and effectively advocate solutions.

Conduct incidental activities necessary to complete projects (e.g., assessing customer needs, develop price quotes, measure product specifications, etc.) Present warranty and available financing options to customers. Prepare for appointments, walk with appointments and process related paperwork. Prospecting for new customers and participating in scheduled industry events. Proactively seek out new referrals and develop and maintain relationships with contractors. Maintain a professional relationship contractors/builders (in-person, email, job portals, and phone calls).

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

ยท Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

ยท Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English, strong construction math skills, strong computer and tablet skills
