Job description

Position Overview

The Executive and Supervisor Coach will provide high-level, non-personal executive coaching services in support of Leadership and Organizational Development initiatives. Services will support senior executives, mid-level managers, and supervisors within a large federal organizational environment. Coaching services will align with the Statement of Work requirements including leadership development, organizational effectiveness, conflict resolution, and team facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide one-on-one executive and supervisory coaching sessions.

· Interpret and debrief 360-degree assessments and other professional assessment instruments.

· Support leadership development initiatives and mentor programs.

· Facilitate individual conflict resolution and team-based interventions.

· Partner with agency stakeholders to strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.

· Deliver coaching services in accordance with BPA task orders and federal performance standards.

Minimum Qualifications

· Graduate degree (MS, MA, or PhD) in psychology, organizational development, organizational behavior, or related behavioral science.

· International Coach Federation Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential.

· Advanced formal coaching training and professional certification.

· Demonstrated experience coaching executives and supervisors in large organizations, preferably federal agencies.

· Experience interpreting 360-degree assessments.

· Certification and demonstrated experience interpreting additional assessment tools such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

· Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional learning.
