ROLE OVERVIEW

The Graphic Designer will play an essential role in our creative team, designing visually striking assets that embody and elevate our brand identity. This position demands a creative visionary who can seamlessly blend innovation, storytelling, and visual excellence into every project. From impactful marketing collateral to captivating social media content, you'll ensure our brand consistently resonates across all visual platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design compelling marketing materials across various channels including email campaigns, affiliate marketing, paid social media, homepage, site graphics, and more.
  • Create original and effective graphic designs and layouts tailored for diverse marketing applications.
  • Develop visually appealing layouts by selecting appropriate typography, imagery, and arranging design elements clearly and cohesively.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools for creative conceptualization, ideation, and to enhance overall design processes.
  • Uphold and refine brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all visual assets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Site Operations team, utilizing performance analytics and insights to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Leverage performance metrics to iterate and optimize creative designs for marketing and social media initiatives.
  • Proactively take on special projects, executing them efficiently with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Support additional graphics and marketing responsibilities as assigned to contribute to overall departmental success.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • BA|BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Three plus years creating content and material for a fashion company.
  • Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • English, additional language(s) an advantage.
  • Schedule of this position: Monday - Friday | Core business hours | Onsite
