The Club at Crazy Mountain Ranch is a private membership experience set on 18,000 extraordinary acres in the state of Montana. Take one part working ranch, combine with golf, lodging, great food, and drink plus everything else there is to see and do and youโ€™ve got something beyond special.

Position Summary

The Banquet Chef will to oversee all aspects of the culinary operation, including banquet service, menus, costing, sanitation requirements, scheduling, ordering and inventory.

Weโ€™re seeking hands-on chefs with private club or high-end hospitality experience who take pride in consistency, teamwork, and execution. The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft, dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments with high standards. This role is for self-starters who work clean, fast, and uphold high standards across banquets and ร  la carte service.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
  • Empowered to guarantee total Member satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our Members at all times, take pride in representing Crazy Mountain Ranch professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all transactions are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
  • Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for team Members, Members, and guests at all times.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Crazy Mountain Ranch team Members to foster and promote a positive working environment.
