  • Attend and manage influencer, VIP and talent appointments, brand experiences and events as needed
  • Anticipate client needs, identify potential challenges and proactively recommend solutions
  • Ensure agendas, action items, timelines and deliverables are accurate, current and moving forward
  • Contribute to new business efforts through research, brainstorms, strategic recommendations, deck development and pitch preparation

  • Identify and recommend relevant influencers, creators, celebrities, tastemakers and cultural opportunities based on each client’s objectives, audience and brand positioning
  • Develop and execute strategic seeding and gifting programs designed to generate organic advocacy, social coverage and brand visibility
  • Concept creative influencer and VIP mailers and seeding experiences, from initial idea and sourcing through execution
  • Identify relevant cultural moments, events, partnerships and entertainment opportunities that can create meaningful visibility for clients
  • Stay closely connected to what is happening across fashion, entertainment, social media and culture and translate emerging trends into actionable opportunities for clients
Earned & Paid Influencer Campaigns

  • Build strategic talent recommendations and creator mixes across micro, mid-tier, macro and celebrity talent based on campaign goals
  • Collaborate with account teams to ensure talent selection, messaging, social guidelines and creative direction align with overall brand strategy and aesthetic

  • Manage campaign execution from post-contracting through completion, including timelines, approvals, deliverables, travel, product shipments and other talent logistics
  • Manage relationships with talent representatives throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting that demonstrates both quantitative and qualitative impact
  • Manage multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of execution
Relationships & Cultural Connectivity
  • Maintain and continuously grow a strong network of influencers, creators, celebrities, stylists, publicists, agents, managers, personal assistants and other industry contacts
  • Build and strengthen relationships through ongoing outreach, meetings, appointments, events and industry networking
  • Generate a steady pipeline of proactive and inbound product requests, talent dressing opportunities, organic placements and entertainment opportunities
  • Maintain and contribute to AZIONE’s agency-wide database of talent, creators, industry contacts and brand advocates
  • Represent AZIONE and our clients professionally at industry events, dinners, appointments and cultural moments

  • Monitor industry, entertainment and cultural news and proactively share relevant insights and opportunities with internal teams and clients
  • Support weekly and monthly client reporting, recaps and campaign analysis
Team Collaboration & Leadership
  • Serve as a strong partner across AZIONE’s Digital/Influencer and PR teams, encouraging collaboration and integrated thinking
  • Provide support, guidance and constructive feedback to junior team members, including JAEs, ACs and interns
  • Delegate appropriately and help junior team members build confidence, accountability and expertise
  • Contribute actively to team meetings, brainstorms and agency initiatives
  • Help foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, integrity and sound judgment in all client, talent and internal interactions
  • Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner while bringing potential solutions forward
