Job description

Job Summary

Answer incoming calls for multiple businesses in a small call center environment; supporting customer needs, answering questions and creating bookings and reservations into customer management system for classes and other offerings.

Responsibilities and Duties

Answering Incoming Calls (80%) Answer all incoming calls for multiple business locations and triage customer needs efficiently; answer simple questions and forward calls as needed to sales or management; create bookings in our customer management system and take payments over the phone; provide excellent customer service at all times.

Outgoing Calls for Customer Follow-up (10%) Follow up as needed with customer reservations to verify information or resolve booking issues.

Online Chat and Email Responses (10%) Answer simple questions that come in via chat or email and forward questions as needed to sales or management.

Qualifications and Skills
