By leveraging the firms expertise, clients can harness the full potential of their data, fueling advancements and operational efficiency through AI and data analytics. Role Overview : We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive for our client, who will drive new business opportunities within the biotech and life sciences sectors. This role is based in Boston, MA, and ideal for a proactive sales professional with a hunter mentality who can identify, pursue, and close deals. The successful candidate will focus on expanding the firms client base, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth within this vertical. Key Responsibilities : Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads in the biotech, life sciences, and pharmaceutical industries. Build a robust pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and attendance at industry events. Establish and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders (R&D, data science, IT, and operations leaders) to understand their data challenges and AI readiness needs. Deliver consultative sales presentations to highlight the value of the clients services in structuring and preparing data for AI. Close new business deals and manage contract processes to ensure client satisfaction and smooth transitions. Collaborate with internal teams to align on client requirements and ensure successful project delivery. Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in AI, positioning our clients offerings effectively to meet market demands. Ideal Candidate Profile : 5+ years of business development experience, ideally within consulting, biotech, life sciences, or technology services. Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets, with a focus on C-level decision-makers. Strong familiarity with the biotech and life sciences sectors, especially in relation to data and AI applications. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.
