  • Build customer consensus and act as a trusted advisor for adoption of Veryon Work Center solutions
  • Increase overall sales volume, average deal size, and share of wallet within assigned accounts
  • Partner with implementation, product, and development teams to ensure accurate scoping, smooth delivery, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, forecasts, and account updates for leadership

  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume concurrent opportunities and client relationships
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders quickly and build internal consensus within customer organizations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging to executive and operational audiences
  • Strong business acumen with ability to uncover customer pain points and position solutions effectively
  • Self-motivated, quota-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and adapt quickly to change
  • Ability to work effectively with a remote cross-functional team
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed

Preferred Skills

  • Background in selling workflow, maintenance, operations, or productivity software solutions
  • Experience working in high-growth or fast-scaling SaaS organizations
  • Familiarity with forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales analytics
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams

AI / Modern Sales Competencies (Preferred)
