ACC Aviation's Cargo division is growing, following strong commercial momentum and continued investment in our global cargo offering. We're looking for an experienced Cargo Charter Executive to help deliver tailored air cargo solutions for an expanding international client base.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative employee-owned business where you can take ownership, make a real impact and help shape our continued growth.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage cargo charter opportunities from initial requirement through to successful completion.
  • Source aircraft solutions and negotiate directly with airlines and operators.
  • Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
  • Deliver commercially competitive solutions while protecting margin.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

What you bring
You'll be an experienced Cargo Charter Executive who understands the market and enjoys finding solutions where others see challenges.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in cargo charter brokerage.
  • Strong network of airlines, operators and industry contacts.
  • Commercially driven with excellent negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong relationship-management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-moving environment.
