Air and Transportation Solutions Manager (ATSM), Americas Role Purpose: 
  • Commercial Growth: Develop strategic partnerships and transportation opportunities, optimize terms and pricing, and ensure rapid-response capabilities.
  • Provider/Network Management: Maintain a high-performing network of transport providers, ensuring availability, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead medical and security transport solutions, support crisis management, and ensure readiness for complex scenarios in a high-paced operational center environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Business Development:

  • Develop client partnerships and pursue new opportunities.
  • Support sales and marketing.

Provider Network & Relationship Management:

  • Build and manage provider network.
  • Negotiate contracts and foster relationships.

Operational Delivery & Crisis Response:

  • Oversee service delivery and compliance.
  • Lead crisis response and implement contingency plans.
     

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and improve services.
  • Drive continuous improvement and conduct audits.
     

Collaboration & Training:

  • Collaborate with teams and provide training
  • Promote collaboration and learning.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
  • Aviation operations
  • Aviation business and/or network provider background
  • Track record of aircraft charter and leasing and quality/business process improvement.
  •  IT literate
  • Charter, wet/dry leasing contract negotiations
  • Exceptional knowledge of aviation insurance, including war-risk.
  • Understanding of how flights are dispatched, working knowledge of NOTAMS and other factors that impact flight routing. 
  • Working knowledge of Air Ambulance aircraft certifications/credentialing. 
Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience within the commercial aviation industry.
  • Experience in dealing with aviation operators and/or aircraft charter brokers.
  • Operational/Logistics background
  • Experience with maritime transportation beneficial;


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree preferable or comparable and/or tertiary qualifications in aviation/transportation management, operations, safety, or related fields;


Required Languages:

  • Excellent written and spoken command of English is a must;
  • Working knowledge of Spanish language advantageous
