How you'll make an impact:The Sales Enterprise - Account Executive - partners with our Senior Sales Executive and sales leadership in driving revenue growth across Entertainment Enterprise accounts and their agency partners.  This role is designed as a foundational enterprise sales position, providing exposure to complex advertising deals, client strategy, and consultative selling while supporting the Senior Sales Executive in growing large-scale brand partnerships. In this role, the Account Executive operates as a client-facing sales partner, spending significant time working directly with agencies and brand stakeholders in partnership with our Senior Sales Executive.The Account Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of account activity, while maintaining consistent and timely communication with clients and agency partners, allowing the Senior Sales Executive to focus on high-value client relationships that drive substantial revenue growth. 

What you'll do: 

  • Partner with a Senior Sales Executive to support sales strategy across assigned enterprise accounts and agency relationships

  • Drive day-to-day sales activity across assigned client, agency, and enterprise accounts, developing strategic proposals, identifying incremental revenue opportunities across SiriusXM Media's portfolio, and partnering with the Senior Sales Executive on larger, high-impact opportunities

  • Develop a strong understanding of client business objectives, historical advertising activity, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Senior Sales Executive, Research, Sales Marketing, CS, Operations and Product Marketing to develop strategic RFP responses and proposals that address client objectives and drive revenue growth 

  • Translate client briefs into strategic media recommendations across SiriusXM Media platforms

  • Present media recommendations and campaign strategies in client and agency meetings, presentations, and industry events with Senior Sales Executive to advance campaign strategy and identify new revenue opportunities

  • Assist in the negotiation and structuring of advertising sales in partnership with Senior Sales Executive

  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasts, and meeting documentation within Salesforce

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the company's current and upcoming products and services

  • Provide excellent external client service while serving as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales process

  • Prove to be a valued partner, trusted stakeholder, and problem solver within the organization

What you'll need:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree;  or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience in advertising sales, media, marketing, or client-facing roles.

  • Foundational understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem including programmatic, audience targeting and measurement

  • Experience supporting proposal development, external RFP responses, and media planning initiatives

  • Experience with sales strategy & strategic thinking

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation capabilities

  • Proven track record as a valued partner, trusted stakeholder, and problem solver

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and media market analysis tools including ComScore, Simmons, Scarborough, and MediaRadar is a plus

  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etc. 

  • Willing to embrace coaching and skill refinement

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $110,000 to $124,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
