As our company reaches out to our growing network with our offerings and expanding services, we are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position with Outside Sales Executive (Audio Visual / VTC).



Position Overview


The Outside Sales Executive is a hunter role responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, developing solutions, preparing quotes, and closing business. This role requires leveraging an established professional network in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area to quickly generate new business opportunities and achieve measurable sales results.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities for AV and VTC services.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, building strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct client meetings and needs assessments to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to design tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, quotes, and presentations to secure new business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close.
  • Negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide timely sales forecasts to management.
  • Represent E-Logic at industry networking events and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of proven outside sales or account management experience in AV, VTC, IT integration, or related technology solutions.
  • Strong existing network of contacts in the DMV commercial market.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
