Executive Director Reporting to the Board of Directors Newton, MA   Pathway to Possible (P2P) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing housing, support, and advocacy for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Founded in 1972 and formerly known as the Newton Wellesley Weston Committee for Community Living, P2P has a long-standing commitment to erasing barriers, building confidence, empowering independence, and expanding opportunities that enrich the lives of those it serves. The organization operates six homes in Newton and Wellesley, Massachusetts, supporting 40 clients ranging in age from 22 to 83, and is overseen by an engaged Board of Directors, a dedicated administrative and executive team, and approximately 70 direct care workers. P2P’s programs include residential living, independent living, and a Family Series that connects and supports families, all designed to foster independence, community integration, and meaningful relationships.   The opportunity to serve as Executive Director of Pathway to Possible comes at a pivotal moment for the organization. With a strong foundation of personalized, client-centered care and a collaborative culture, P2P is well-positioned for its next phase of growth and impact. The new Executive Director will have the chance to shape the strategic direction of the organization, inspire innovation, and make a significant personal impact in a small but dynamic nonprofit. Key opportunities include strengthening financial sustainability through diversified fundraising, enhancing and expanding program offerings, championing staff development, navigating sector changes, and deepening community integration and visibility.
